Ordering

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, Klarna or regular account payments all through PayPal. 

How do I know what size to buy?

Please see the individual product pages for size guides which will give you measurements for each product. We also have a 'how it fits' tab which will give you more detailed fit information and model sizing.

Delivery

How much is postage for UK orders?  

Free Shipping on orders over £100

Orders up to £40: £3.95 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery

Orders between £40 - £99.99: £4.50 - Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery

We are currently on hold with our International orders. Update soon

How much is postage for International orders?

International delivery is currently unavailable whilst we settle into our new delivery centre. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship using Royal Mail 48hr tracked service and these should arrive within 3-5 working days from despatch. Please note; for orders place after 12pm, shipping confirmation will follow the next day. 

You may find our order confirmations are coming through later due to our move to a fulfilment centre. Please rest assured your order is on its way.

Orders placed on a Friday and Saturday will be shipped Monday

Orders placed on a Sunday will be shipped Tuesday.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Once your item is returned, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage). At this point, we are unable to offer free returns.

For exchanges as we can’t hold the stock, please could you order the correct size and return the unwanted item to the above address.
