NEW 🎵 Music Books
Hey everyone, It’s been a while…what a crazy year 2020 turned out to be. Hopefully the last few months of the year will feel a little more positive, starting with some good news – we’ve got exciting new stock to share.
As you already know, here at Disko Kids we LOVE music, so we’re now stocking a small range of music-books on the site. From children’s books to books for music-lovers, we hope there’s something for everyone to choose from (and some great options for Christmas presents or stocking fillers…can we say the C-word yet?)
We’re really excited about the Little People Big Dreams series – we’ve got David Bowie, Ella Fitzgerald and Dolly Parton on the site, just to name a few. They’re really great children’s books about music and musicians which have been very popular in our house, they’re Anya’s favourites.
If you’re looking for a music book for the more mature generation, we love Born in the 70s by Tim Glynne Jones - a nostalgic book all about growing up in the 1970s, the perfect option for a 50th birthday present for a Christmas gift for the music-lover in your life. We've also got Music Legends and Black Music Greats, full of facts about your favourite musicians and a great way to teach your kids about brilliant music.
We’re also stocking How Music Can Make You Better, which explores how music is a powerful human experience – it connects us and brings us together, which I think we’ll all agree is important now more than ever.
